Terre del Vescovado, in collaboration with the association of tour guides "Bergamo up & down," organizes a guided tour of the Benedictine Abbey and Parish of the Conversion of St. Paul the Apostle in San Paolo d'Argon.

A visit to the Benedictine Abbey and the parish church of San Paolo d'Argon allows one to discover a place rich in history, which still speaks to us today: the two Renaissance cloisters and the frescoed refectory, and then the striking parish church, among the most beautiful in the province in the Baroque style, a symbol of the wealth to which the nearby abbey reached.

You will discover how frescoes, stucco and statues reveal a unified design, an expression of the post-Tridentine period.
